A. Site Content

Employers, recruiters, and job seekers may download single copies of candidate or job materials for their personal use. B. Employer/Recruiter Registration and Job Posting

Your job posting must be for an individual opening for a W-2 or 1099 employee. No position can require an investment or financial fee of any kind by candidates including (but not limited to) multilevel marketing, franchises, distributorships, pyramid schemes, etc. Your posting cannot contain:

• URL's or links to web sites
• Offensive, illegal, discriminatory or sexually explicit material
• Copyrighted material or trade secrets which you do not own or have permission to reprint
• Product advertising(other than corporate logos)

Your posting must contain sufficient information to clearly convey the nature, responsibilities, and requirements of the job. All information must be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You may not send unsolicited email to candidates other than for the purpose of discussing the candidate's possible employment with your firm or, as a recruiter, with your client's firm.

C. Job Seeker Registration and Resume Posting

Your posting(s) must be a true and accurate description of your work experience, responsibilities, and education. Your may not post a resume for another person or post false, inaccurate, or misleading information. Your posting cannot contain:

• URL's or links to web sites.
• Offensive, illegal or sexually explicit material.
• Copyrighted material or trade secrets which you do not own or have permission to reprint.

You may not send unsolicited email to employers and recruiters other than for the purpose of discussing a job opening listed by them on PlasticsRecruiters.Com. You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password. Only through your password can a resume be posted under your name. An unauthorized person with your password may post inappropriate or embarrassing material under your name, and you may risk cancellation of your use of PlasticsRecruiters.Com.
